Within my field of criminology, there is a theory
that a little feeling of injustice within children can develop into the
habit of using of guns.
As the theories of "Broken Windows" or "Zero Tolerance" mentioned in Japan, people finally tend to accept guns if they are insensible to little things. The feeling of "this little injustice is O.K." will turn into "using guns is O.K."
|
We must avoid this by all means. We should understand and make use of the basic point that even removing graffiti can lead to the prevention of violence or eradication of firearms.
